Confirmed sighting: Cadbury Snaps Coconut, Honeycomb, Mint flavours
Posted: 21:11 Thu 01-Sep-2005. Location: Tesco, Southampton. Nutritional unusualness: None noted.
"choccieman" reports: So Cadbury continue on their quest to flog these rather boring "chocolate crisps" (stick to Fingers, they're so much more munchable). Anyway, the Coconut is pretty good, smells like coconut and almost tastes like a super thin Bounty, this may actually be the best flavour of Snaps yet. The Honeycomb is a different matter, starts off well, smells like a Crunchie, flavour not too bad, but oh my god what is that aftertaste? Really not nice at all - so have a good drink on stand-by when eating them.
...Trust "choccieman" to be first with this latest Cadbury brand extension (recommended retail price about £1.75) - while "Ninereeds" located the Mint variety going for £1.80 in Woolworths, Coventry City Centre, originally telegraphing Spotted these yesterday, didn't buy any as I didn't have the money, but noted these were out before the earlier report of being out in May, no picture as I don't have a camera, but the box is of course a green/ blue colour, so stands out easily, then subsequently updating - to accompany this pic: First saw these a few weeks back, taste was similar to a Mint Aero imo, I still prefer orange to these ones.

Comment: I didn't even get around to trying the regular Snaps, now they've brought out these. It's too late now, I'll stick to Hershey's Swoops.
I recently found out also if anyone cares, that Pringles are all the same shape and size (As apposed to regular crisps) because they are made with mashed potato.

Comment: I liked the honeycomb flavour Snaps the best. But then again Snaps are boring as choccieman says. I wouldnt buy them often, I think the idea of "chocolate crisps" is more exciting than the result.
