Posted: 20:43 Fri 24-Mar-2006. Price: 4.19. Location: Blockbuster, Raynes Park, London. Nutritional unusualness: "Chocolate Ice Cream with Chocolate Cookies and Swirls of Chocolate Pudding Ice Cream".
"Kristy" reports: I was really tempted by the description of this icecream (involving cookie chunks and chocolate pudding), and pictured big globs of chocolate pudding mixed into the icecream, but found the pudding was just a different kind of chocolate icecream mixed into the... chocolate icecream (must read product descriptions better as it did say this!). The chocolate cookie chunks were few and far between (I like my icecream to be chunky) so I prefer B and J's Chocolate Fudge Brownie or Half Baked. The icecream was nice and rich but the lack of stuff in it loses my vote.

..."Kristy" completes her own challenge here, while "Zeddy" seemed similarly unimpressed by this Cadbury Mousse "Caramel" (purchased for 69p in Tesco, Glasgow; 27.6 g of carbohydrate per 100g), shrugging: A bog standard chocolate mousse with a dollop of runny caramel sauce in the middle. Nothing special. Made under licence by Muller Dairy, dontcha know. Still, they're a possible alternative for the likes of "Cadburys lover", who spontaneously praised something called "Cadburys Triffle" (99p, Sainsbury's, London; sub-flavours: Fruit and Nut), raving: Their lovely and they taste the best ever, i could eat them all day however do not eat the yukky fruit and nut ones as the taste of and make me feel sick.

Comment: haven't tried this flavour yet but i want to say how awesome ben and jerrys ice cream is, basically, it kicks ass, my best flavour is "Half Baked" because when you've got cookie dough and chocolate fudge brownies in a nice tub of vanilla ice cream, what can compete with that?

Comment: looks like its just you and me in here, eh buddy old pal!lol! On the subject of ice cream, choc therapy sounds promising but is it any match for the mighty half baked? -David takes on Golliath........

Comment: Chocolate therapy aint as good as you would think. The chocolate icecream drowns out everything else (ie the chocolate pudding icecream and cookie pieces), so they should have just called it chocolate iecream plain and simple. Besides i got about 2 pieces of cookie.............. is this a sign of ben and jerrys starting to cost cut? 57768 2 55
