Click pic to view comments - International sighting: Lindt Lindor Cinnamon International sighting: Lindt Lindor Cinnamon
Posted: 16:33 Tue 09-Jan-2007. Price: 12 Euros. Location: Schipol Airport, Netherlands.
"Zeddy" reports: A smashing edition from those "master chocolate craftsmen". The usual creaminess associated with Lindor with a hint of cinnamon to boot. Not as cinnamony as, say, Kit Kat Cinnamon but still worth trying if you like this most pleasant spice.

...I must admit I haven't tried cinnamon Kit Kats (the Canadian version or 2005's White Winter), but I've been getting my fill of festive spice from the Walkers Sensations Luxury Fruit And Nut Mix, now down to 99p in Brent Cross Tesco, along with the Pineapple And Coconut with Mixed Spices variety, plus all the Limited Edition Nobby's Nuts - Spicy Cashews being perhaps the most bearable of the lot. In other post-Xmas reductions, Sainsbury's had half-price tins of Quality Street Selections the other week, but I haven't yet opened this box of Honeycomb Matchmakers, reduced from their usual 2-or-so in Tesco to a mere 49p - have you spotted any similar bargains?

Comment: I got a mint terry's chocolate 'orange' in tesco for 49p, it tasted bloody awful, no wonder it was reduced. The snacking christmas equivalent of getting a lump of coal!

Comment: This is off the topic but does anyone remember a chocolate bar in the late 80's early 90's it was made up of about 5 or 6 50pence piece shapes in a row on a little paper tray and came in two kinds. A blue wraper that i think had white stuff inside and a red wrapper that had carmel and a hazelnut in each segment. They wernt around long and i used to buy them from the co-op. No one else remembers them :o(

Comment: Lindor rule, and cinnamon is lovely, I hope these become available in the UK. I want some. To the Previous poster: Yes I loved those ones in the Red wrapper, no idea what they were called though.
