Click pic to view comments - Confirmed sighting: Nestle Rolo Doughnuts Confirmed sighting: Nestle Rolo Doughnuts
Posted: 23:19 Tue 07-Aug-2007. Price: 1.00. Location: Tesco, Lanark, Scotland.
Two more short-but-sweet sightings from "Zeddy", commencing: "4 Ring doughnuts filled with delicious toffee sauce, topped with chocolate flavoured icing and milk chocolate pieces." The toffee is pretty scant really and nothing like the picture on the box. Sort of fudge-like. In fact I've got a strap line.... "Do you love anyone enough to give them a taste of your fudge ring?" Sadly, these Cote d'Or Experiences: Milk And Caramelised Almond Pieces (1.39, also Tesco, Lanark, Scotland, 165kcal per 30g) don't lend themselves to the same degree of double-entendre, "Zeddy" deciding: "I like Cote d'Or chocolate in general and this one is a nice addition. It would be better with whole caramlised almonds but I guess it wouldn't come in a bar then."

...In other Celtic chocolateering: This won't be news to our Irish readers, but a recent trip to Dublin yielded this Cadbury Moro (formerly Star Bar) (just like Ed's Easy Diner seems to be called Eddie Rockets over there?), though there wasn't any sign of Graham's 100g "Big Bun" Muffin, available in a range of health-conscious flavours including "Cappuccino filled with Dulce de Leche, Banoffee with Bavarian custard, Chocolate with Belgian chocolate, or fruit-packed Blueberry".

Comment: That lass in the Graham's "Big Bun" certainly looks as though she has a nice moist muffin. ]:)

Comment: These were out months ago. I remember buying them from Sainsbury well before Christmas.

Comment: Yep, these are ages old. I really wish the site would get updated and make it easier to post & check sightings.

Comment: hey, snackspot updates pretty quickly once sightings are received. if you saw these ages ago, you should have submitted a sighting ages ago!

Comment: The site is in dire need of a serious revamp, its not very user friendly. Thats why I and I guess others don't bother with sightings. Just searched Strawberry mix starburst as I hadn't seen them before but I doubt they are new but the sites not very helpful in checking whether it has been posted before.
