International sighting: Lindt Excellence Earl Grey Tea, Lindt Cassis, and more
Posted: 23:45 Thu 15-Nov-2007. Price: Both 1.95 Euros/ bar. Location: Munich airport, Germany.
An extra-special quadruple-helping from "Zeddy" today, beginning with: "Lovely dark chocolate with a very strong smell of Earl Grey Tea and a nice subtle flavour as well. If you like Earl Grey I would be surprised if you did not like this too. The dark chocolate compliments it nicely," then segueing swiftly into the Lindt Cassis that comprises "Milk chocolate with a mousse filling, various berries and creme de cassis. Quite nice if you are into fruit fillings in your chocolate. Something different to the usual nut and toffee fillings the UK seem to do to the exclusion of all else these days."
...I'm just interrupting this duty-free deluge to mention that, here in the UK, we're at least getting Black Magic Truffles and Black Magic Thins, but "Zeddy's" saved his real venom for Munich's Lindt Truffle Chocolat - at 200 [presumably 2.00 - Snackspot] Euros, a "Gourmet Edition variety of Lindt products. Basically a chocolate truffle filling (not like Lindor though). OK but not anything different." - and, finally, the similarly-priced, 12% hazelnut Lindt Milk Chocolate with Cinnamon and Coriander which: "Tastes, well, sh*t! I love cinnamon and you cannot simply taste it. Instead you get the hazelnut and coriander. Strange tastes these Germans have."

Comment: I feel I must apologise for my nation's poor attempts at Milk chocolate with cinnamon and coriander.
