Click pic to view comments - Confirmed sighting: Frijj Limited Edition Cookie Dough milkshake Confirmed sighting: Frijj Limited Edition Cookie Dough milkshake
Posted: 10:59 Sun 17-May-2009. Price: £1.05. Location: Sainsbury's, Archer Road, Sheffield.
"Brett Hadley" reports: This tastes like a cross between caramel and white chocolate to me, but when you think about it and imagine it as a cookie, it works! You can see where they get the idea from for sure. So the flavour description is pretty accurate. I wondered why they'd stopped having The Simpsons brand on the chocolate fudge shakes, and I guess this is your answer! Surely they should've called it Cookie D'oh! though ;)

..."Brett" is back with the first new Simpsons Frijj in a while, which seems as good a time as any for "hannah" to mention that she found Ice Cream Chewits on eBay, confirming: "Yes, that's right! They have them on chocolatebuttons.co.uk too!" Speaking of ice cream, Foodstuff Finds has the lowdown on one of Haagen-Dazs' Ice Cream Smoothies - "smoothie" being the cool thing to call any kind of product this year, from Galaxy's Chocolate Orange Truffle Smoothie drink to Wrigley's Starbust Smoothies (in Strawberry and Banana; Blueberry and Strawberry; or Mango and Passion, from 39p).

Comment: I tried this new Simpson's milkshake last week, and although it went down easily, it had more of an aftertaste of Cookie Dough than an in-your-face sort of one. I much more preferred the Chocolate Mint one I bought at the same time.

Comment: It was the best frijj flavour i ever had i really hope they decide to take away the little limited edition logo on the bottle. I wouldent mind having this all the time. If you have tasted raw cookie dough you would know that this tastes similar. So soft and creamy and sticky! Brilliant flavour make it forever please frijj guys!

Comment: Greetings fellow Frijj lovers, I consider myself to be quite the connoisseur of Frijj Milkshakes however I wonder if someone could tell me why only certain flavoured shakes have Simpsonís characters on them. This really baffles me, and why a minor character like Chief Wigum is used (Who has recently disappeared from the chocolate fudge brownie Frijjj's)?

Also can anyone tell me if the following flavours are sold or were ever sold in the UK I have never seen them in any shop and would love to sample:

Raspberry D'oh Nut

Get Minted Mint

Hey Hey Banoffee Pie

I demand these special Frijjís somebody must know where to get them from and someone must clear up the whole Simpsons characters hoo har, why used Burns and Krusty, when Bart, Skinner, and Moe Szyslak are clearly superior. Why use Homer to market two completely separate Frijj flavours there seems to be no logic. I would be very grateful if some body could message me and clear up these issues.
